Right after debuting the newest tower for Alpine Villas in Crosswinds, Brittany celebrated another momentous day as it broke ground for Augusta Santa Rosa’s clubhouse and swimming pool. The clubhouse will also be known as the Newberry Park where families can spend their leisure time together.

The event was held last May 25, 2019, together with homeowners, property managers, sellers, and Brittany employees with smile on their faces at the Augusta amenity area. The Brittany management also announced plans for the completion and turnover of the subdivision to the property owners before the program concluded with a hearty brunch at the Peach Tree Clubhouse of Georgia Club.

Newberry Park will have a 3-ft pool for kids and a 4-ft pool for adults. To complement the existing basketball court, it will also have an outdoor dining area, a spacious playground, and a function hall perfect for celebrations and leisure activities.

The Newberry Park is expected to open towards the end of this year and homeowners are excited to welcome this new hangout area in Augusta.

Last May 18, 2019 at The Bellevue Hotel Manila, Brittany showed a sneak peak of its latest project at Crosswinds, Tagaytay, the only Swiss- inspired community in the Philippines. Sellers and guests at the A Glance of Brienz event were the first to witness the unveiling of the third building for Alpine Villas in Crosswinds. The program started with a project brief presented by Crosswinds project head, Mina Panotes, and a welcome message by Brittany Chief Operating Officer, Dada De Guzman. Brittany officers, Ar. Mat Tumoc, Engr. Philip Rocamora, Engr. Ramel Alba, and Abbe Gardiola also joined to lead the bell ringing ceremony to signal the selling of Brienz. Guests enjoyed riveting cello performance and investors received exclusive promos valid during the event.

Brienz is a six-story building that offers studio type units and one-bedroom units. It will also have three single-loaded gallery levels, ideal for a relaxing staycation with family or friends. Vista Leisure, Vista Land’s arm in the hospitality industry, will spearhead the condotel operations for Alpine Villas—offering unit owners a hassle-free rental investment to cater the Tagaytay tourist market.

The target groundbreaking date for Brienz is on the 2^nd quarter of 2020 and the turnover for the condo is scheduled to start on the 2^nd quarter of 2022.

In celebration of the festive season, Crosswinds Tagaytay set another milestone as it held the groundbreaking ceremony of its newest venture: the Alpine Villas last December 15, 2018.

The ceremony was led by an introductory speech by Brittany’s officer-in-charge, Ar. Hendrick Samson; followed by the breaking of wine and burying of the time capsule. Some unit owners as well as the Brittany staff and sellers also shared their part in the groundbreaking.

This momentous event gave way to the upcoming rise of the enclave’s first two towers: Bernese and Blanc. Alpine Villas also features a two-storey amenity pavilion consisting of a swimming pool, a fitness gym, and a function room.

Alpine Villas’ pioneer buildings are set to be turned over on the fourth quarter of 2020.
