The Luxury of the English Country Lifestyle

Before, living in an English Country lifestyle poised many challenges. For example, there aren’t as many facilities as in a city, and the transportation system isn’t as well-developed. It might sometimes be difficult to identify foreign communities that share the same values as you. For some expats, it may be preferable to live in a hamlet close to a major city so that they can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Experts advise people to seek the guidance of estate agents when selecting a new home and to look for the “five Ps”: a pub, public transportation, a parish church, a primary school, and a post office.

But those were the cases of good old days. With the development of the latest innovations, Brittany Corporation has successfully preserved a natural environment amidst Santa Rosa City in Laguna.

As a result, it’s easy to understand why the Philippines’ Lion City of the South is such an attractive tourist destination. It includes prominent landmarks and a diverse selection of dining options, shopping, museums, galleries, and other attractions and activities. Cities are beautiful places to visit because they provide a dazzling assortment of things to see and do.

However, Brittany Santa Rosa offers more than that. With its awe-inspiring communities equipped with the latest technologies, you can enjoy a luxurious living in a house and lot for sale near Nuvali or one of the luxury homes for sale in Laguna, particularly in Santa Rosa and the English Country lifestyle you’ve always dreamed of.

Just like English life, there are good reasons why you should spend your days in an English country lifestyle. Here are a few of them:

Take a Look at the Pretty Sights of the English Country lifestyle

It would be trite to characterize the English countryside as “quaint,” “charming,” or “picturesque.” Still, there is a legitimate reason why these adjectives are used repeatedly to describe the countryside.

When you venture out into the English country lifestyle, such as in Brittany Santa Rosa, you’ll find yourself traveling along long winding roads through lush green hedges, rolling hills dotted with comforting flowers and trees.

If you visit Brittany Santa Rosa, you’ll find the community very comforting and relaxing. There is more about the luxury homes for sale in Laguna later.

Take a look at a different side of English culture

Going out into the countryside is a refreshing change from the city. The air is cleaner, the roads are more twisting, and the pace of life is slower. As a result, you’ll get to see a whole different side of English society — one that is more connected to nature and old-fashioned customs.

Many people who reside and enjoy visiting Brittany Santa Rosa appreciate the easygoing attitude found there. Sure, the hustle and bustle of a big city are thrilling, but now and then, you need to take a break from the action. The English country lifestyle is serene, there are no crowds, and no one is rushing. It is the perfect place to relax. It’s the ideal opportunity to take it easy and enjoy the present moment as it presents itself.

Learn about the history of Santa Rosa

Historically, the city of Santa Rosa may be traced back to the year 1571. After discovering Biñan during his explorations of the Laguna Lake Region, the Spanish Conquistador Juan de Salcedo had it annexed to the town of Tabuco, which became known as Tabuco (now the town of Cabuyao). Santa Rosa was a part of Bian at the time, and the neighborhood was known as Barrio Bukol. Later on, in 1688, Biñan, together with Barrio Bukol, broke away from Cabuyao and formed their kingdom. As a result, Barrio Bukol was politically emancipated on January 18, 1792, when it was incorporated as the municipality of Santa Rosa. The town was named after Saint Rose of Lima of Peru, to whom it was devoted and to whom it owes its protection and patronage. It was confirmed by the numerous monetary and spiritual blessings that have been given to the residents of the town over the last 207 years.

Enjoy a variety of delightful activities

There’s another side to life in the English country lifestyle. You can experience it when you visit the Brittany Santa Rosa communities.

The city of Sta. Rosa is located on the western shore of Laguna de Bay. It was better known for its industrial and business zones in the past. Still, lately, it has become a popular residential suburb of Metro Manila due to its proximity to the country’s capital city.

Additionally, Sta. Rosa’s west end is home to many commercial, industrial, and business establishments. In contrast, its north end is predominantly residential neighborhoods and subdivisions and schools and public parks.

Sta. Rosa, Laguna, is gradually becoming the Makati of the south because of its flourishing commerce and creating some of the most beautiful residential and leisure developments in the country. This major South Luzon metropolis, often known as the “Lion City,” is known for its abundance of forests, orchards, gardens, and the fauna that goes along with it. Still, it nevertheless manages to emanate a “rustic” charm. It also emanates a luxurious English Country lifestyle.

As part of Vista Land’s strategy to attract homebuyers in the country’s upper-income bracket, Brittany, the company’s real estate subsidiary, has chosen to replace the English countryside with a 29-hectare property dubbed Promenade.

Magnificent black-and-gold 18th-century architectural gates mark the entrance to the property. Like those found in English and French castle lawns, beautiful knot gardens surround Brittany’s Promenade.

Among the village’s most notable features are an ornamental garden and a spire in the middle of which is based on Nelson’s Column in London’s Trafalgar Square. An English country estate serves as the community’s Clubhouse in the master-planned complex, featuring exquisite hedges.

It’s a great place to “promenade” in the fresh air of Sta. Rosa, where various birds may be seen tittering away in the Clubhouse’s secret garden and function halls.

Drives towards the Clubhouse are adorned with beautiful knot gardens, which have become a symbol of the property. A long-reflected fountain is flanked by a dome decorated with celestial statues at the manor’s entrance. All of the houses in the neighborhood are in the style of English country cottages or mansions. Preference for elegant and traditional living and admiration for excellent English gardening and wide-open spaces are evident in Promenade, a Sta. Rosa residential complex stands out among the city’s offerings.

Brittany Corporation offers beautiful homes in its communities of Belle Reve, Georgia Club, Augusta, and Promenade.

Final thoughts on English Country lifestyle

As a result of the city’s appeal to families, many of the country’s most prestigious colleges and universities, including the University of Santo Tomas, Our Lady of Assumption, De La Salle, St. Scholastica’s, Xavier School, Miriam College, and Brent International School, are located there.

Nearby hospitals include Calamba Medical Center, QualiMed Hospital, and one of the best hospitals in the region – the Asian Hospital – all within a few miles of the city’s perimeter.

In and near Sta. Elena City, including the Vista Mall in Sta. Rosa, are two golf courses, the 27-hole Sta. Elena Golf and Country Club were designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., and the 18-hole The Country Club by Tom Wieskopf.
