Honoring the importance of salesmanship, dedication, and contribution of different sales networks, Brittany Corporation, the luxury residential arm of the country’s largest homebuilder, Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc., recently held the second Brittany Sales Excellence Awards to recognize sales professionals who have demonstrated remarkable personal commitment and made an outstanding contribution to Brittany for the second quarter of the year.
Brittany also recognizes the important role of its sales networks in kicking off the year with a back-to-back sales performance and celebrates the company’s continuous increase in reservation sales.
The second Brittany Sales Excellence Awards were held on August 8, 2022, at an intimate gathering of sales professionals at Palazzo Verde in Vista Alabang. The event, with the theme “Royale,” highlighted the use of skill and luck to win in the world of luxury real estate and in the game of life.
Brittany’s top-performing sales partners received five main awards: the Spotlight Award, which went to the seller with the highest conversion rate; Ace Leaderboard Award, which is for the Property Investment Consultant Category; The Pinnacle Award, which went to the top Managing Director for the second quarter of the year; The President’s Circle, which went to the top sales group; and the Circle of Excellence Award, which went to the top sales network. Each sales group did a good job at the awards ceremony.
The second Brittany Sales Excellence Awards was supported by sponsors such as Boracay Sands Hotel, Mella Hotel, Vista Cinemas, KinderCity, and Skin Care for Hope.
Aside from recognizing the top sales performers, the event also served as an avenue for Brittany’s sales networks and business partners to strengthen their commitment to hitting their sales targets for the next quarter.
