Brittany Corporation, the luxury residential arm of the country’s largest homebuilder, Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc., has recently topped off Blanc, the second tower of its luxury condominium project, Alpine Villas in Tagaytay.

Present at the topping-off event were representatives of Brittany Corporation, its bank partners RCBC and Unionbank, and sales networks.
Alpine Villas consists of mid-rise towers with charming European-inspired cafes and restaurants within Tagaytay’s Swiss-inspired Crosswinds community. Its second tower, Blanc, is intended to set the tone for the entire development with bigger unit sizes and each room with a balcony.

Blanc is a 9-story condominium project that offers a total of 89 units that were immediately sold out months after its launch. Crosswinds’ community is surrounded by the lush green foliage of pine trees and unique retail concepts.
