The metro rail transit line 7, or the MRT 7, is a soon-to-be-completed rapid transit line in Metro Manila and Bulacan. It is being built under the Build Build Build project in public private partnership with the San Miguel Corporation or SMC. The Quirino Avenue Station is expected to be located along Quirino Highway, in or near the barangays of Greater Lagro and Pasong Putik Proper. This station will serve as a key transportation hub for residents and commuters in the vicinity of Quirino Highway, providing them with access to the MRT-7 system. It will also make commuting easier for the students of Our Lady of Fatima University – Lagro.
The Sacred Heart Station was expected to be located in the Amparo Subdivision of North Caloocan. This station will serve as a transportation hub for residents and commuters in the vicinity of Sacred Heart Parish (hence the name), providing them with access to the MRT-7 system.
The Tala Station was expected to be situated in the Tala area of Caloocan City, which is located in the northernmost part of Metro Manila. This station will serve as an important transportation hub for residents and commuters in the Bankers Village and Pangarap Village, providing them with access to the MRT-7 system. It will be near North Caloocan Doctors Hospital and St. Dominic Savio College.
The San Jose del Monte Station is a crucial endpoint, serving as a transportation hub for residents and commuters in San Jose del Monte and neighboring areas in Bulacan. It is intended to provide convenient access to the MRT-7 system and facilitate smoother commuting for people traveling to and from Metro Manila. It will be located near the Colinas Verdes neighborhood, making it the northernmost of the MRT stations. This station was relocated in 2021 to Brgy. Tungkong Mangga, because of right of way issues.
Because of the MRT 7, going from Bulacan to North Caloocan or even Quezon City will be just MRT train ride away when it becomes fully operational.
