SLEX currently consists of three toll roads with the first road starting from Magallanes Interchange in Makati and continues south to Alabang Exit in Muntinlupa City with a length of 13.43km.

The first toll road runs under the Metro Manila Skyway, which is why it is also called Skyway At-Grade. The Cavite Laguna expressway leads to Alabang Exit in Muntinlupa, a route that can be taken to travel to Vista Alabang.

The second toll road starts at Filinvest Exit to Calamba, Laguna while the rest of South Luzon Expressway from Calamba Exit to the exit in Santo Tomas, Batangas City is the entire expanse of SLEX Toll Road 3. The Filinvest Exit is part of the major road networks connected to Vista Alabang through the Daang Hair Road.

The ongoing construction of SLEX for Toll Road 4 is an extension that stretches for 66.74 kilometers connecting Calamba to Lucena. Future plans to extend SLEX also include another Toll Road 5, which will connect Lucena to Sorsogon.

Muntinlupa – Cavite Expressway (MCX)

Another major road network connected to Vista Alabang is the Muntinlupa – Cavite Expressway (MCX). It is considered to be the shortest expressway with only 4 kilometers in length, connecting Cavite to Muntinlupa.
