1. For interested sellers, you must submit the following requirements:

For individual brokers:

• Duly accomplished Brittany Accreditation Form ( form available with any Marketing Officer )
• Photocopy of Broker License issued by HLURB
• Photocopy of Certificate of Registration from HLURB and DTI
• Photocopy of VAT Registration Certificate
• Photocopy of TIN
• Photocopy of two primary ID cards, i.e. passport, driver's license
• 1x1 ID Picture of representative (preferably with white background)

For broker institutions:

• Duly accomplished Brittany Accreditation Form ( form available with any Marketing Officer )
• Photocopy of Broker License of representative issued by HLURB
• Photocopy of Certificate of Registration of Representative from HLURB and DTI
• Photocopy of VAT Registration Certificate and Business Permit
• Photocopy of TIN of company
• Photocopy of two primary ID cards, i.e. passport, driver's license
• 1x1 ID Picture of Representative (preferably with white background )

2. After submission of requirements, an interview with the marketing head will be scheduled.

3. With the endorsement of the marketing head, brokers are then required to attend the Product Knowledge Seminar and Site Tour of Brittany projects.

4. After evaluation with Brittany standards, successful brokers will be issued an Accreditation Letter.
