Brittany re-launches one of the most loved Portofino Homes, Renoir

Brittany celebrated the re-launching of Renoir, one of the model homes of the Portofino's Master Collection, continually proving to be one of the most sought-after communities from the country's premier developer of world-class homes last Saturday, December 3 at Portofino Heights Phase 8.

The launching started with a house blessing, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Brittany Corporation's Chief Operating Officer, Camille Villar, Renoir's world-class interior designers Ivy and Cynthia Almario, and Vista Land's Finance Controller Cynthia Javarez.

During the house tour which followed right after, Filipina artist Dianne Elise then serenaded guests with lovely songs.

Renoir's home design straddles between elements of old world Italy look and modern home amenities, fused together through the creative interior designing flair of Ivy and Cynthia Almario. Together, they styled the house with a fresh, modern aesthetic that stays true to the classic Italian theme. During the house tour, one of the guests even said that the Renoir model house was so much like the homes you can find in the gated communities in posh Las Vegas; however, Portofino's model homes had better layouts and interiors. This is witnessed when you see Renoir's family room bathed in the same deep cobalt blue hue on the walls that is similar to the bedroom thereby giving the impression that your room has a huge anteroom.

A luncheon was set up in front of the house where there was also a free self-portrait sketching for guests to enjoy. Also present during the event were Vista Land Human Resource Head Alma Villadolid; Chief Finance Officer Cynthia Javarez; Purchasing Head Lita Tan; Subsidiary Controller Catherine Hilardo and Vista Residences Division Head Red Rosales.

The Renoir model house takes pride in its elegant and sophisticated interiors, very much of what other Portofino homes look like. Indeed, Renoir's homecoming celebrates Portofino's way of fine living.
