We at Brittany Corporation would like to keep you well informed of the construction updates and progress of your chosen project, Avant at the Fort.

The excavation contractor of our 38-storey condominium, IPM Construction was already able to finish the excavation and demobilization last July 20, 2008. While, on the very next day (July 21, 2008) the general contractor of the project, New Kanlaon Construction, Inc. moved in to proceed with the full building construction.

We are proud to say that the progress of the construction of Avant is two quarters ahead of schedule and our assigned Construction Manager – Amcon & Company, Incorporated is helping Brittany to ensure the timely execution of the construction activities.
