In 1993, Brittany ventured into the high-end real estate segment with the launch of La Residencia de Bacoor.

In 1994, Brittany is formally incorporated and opens La Residencia de Sta. Rosa.

From 1995-2002, Brittany launched Belle Reve, Sta. Rosa, Crosswinds, Tagaytay, Promenade, Sta. Rosa, Fontamara, Sta. Rosa, Island Park, Cavite, La Posada, Sucat, and Portofino, Alabang.

In 2003, Victorianne and Swiss Quadrilles at Crosswinds were launched.

In 2004, Viera at Brittany Bay was launched together with the Courtyards of Portofino.

In 2005, Courtyards II of Portofino was launched as well as the Grand Quartier at Crosswinds.

In 2006, a whole set of properties were launched including New Victorianne, Masters’ Collection at Portofino, Georgia Club, Sta. Rosa, Amore of Portofino, and Mosaic at Greenbelt, Makati.

In 2007, KL Mosaic at Makati and Avant at The Fort were launched.

Brittany re-emerged as a major player in the high-end real estate property sector with the launch of innovative living spaces and architectural concepts never before seen in Philippine real estate.
